commentify.ai allows users to analyze the promotion of their social media accounts, submit relevant information such as text, files, and other data, and share this content within their social media accounts to enhance engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Service Delivery
Once the applicable payment has been received, we will provide commentify.ai service access instructions either through your account or by other reasonable means. You are responsible for accessing your account to confirm that the payment has been processed and your order is active. All service deliveries will be conducted electronically, with no physical shipments required.
Data retention
● Commentify.ai commits to securely storing data on behalf of our customers in accordance with their subscription plan and timeframes corresponding to each subscription plan. All data exceeding the stated timeframe will be routinely and automatically deleted from our systems.
● You expressly acknowledge and accept that Commentify.ai does not provide any archiving or backup services, and may delete data that is no longer in use and exceeds the timeframes stipulated in the applicable subscription plan. Seedr B.V. expressly disclaims all obligations with respect to archiving, storage and backup of data.
License to Access and Use
You can access to our site for your personal usage. Any other access or use of the site or its content violates this agreement and may break applicable copyright, trademark, or other laws.
You may not access, use, or copy any portion of the site or its content through the use of bots, spiders, scrapers, web crawlers, indexing agents, or other automated devices. Credit card processing
● You agree that upon purchasing any of our products that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing. You agree not to file a fraud complain and/or a dispute via Stripe, Credit card company, or Bank.
● If you move to submit such a complaint or a dispute we reserve the right to ban your IP address from our website and you allow us to take legal actions against you. We also reserve the right to remove your account on our website along with any purchased materials.
● You agree that you are NOT eligible for partial or full refund for service interruption, failure or anything else unless we fail to deliver your order at all.
● When you make any purchase on our website you agree to Terms of Service and state to not break any of their rules.
Refund policy
Since Commentify.ai is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds. Upon making any purchase on our website you state that you understand this.

We DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
● If we continuously fail to deliver the product. The process of delivering reports can be slow and take longer than you expect - this does NOT make you eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team.
● Product not-as-described: such problems should be reported to our support team within 7 days from the date when the purchase was made. You have to support your claim with clear evidence that the delivered product is not what described on the website. Claims which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

The parties further agree that the arbitration shall be conducted in their individual capacities only and not as a class action or other representative action, and the parties expressly waive their right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
Amendments
We may amend this agreement from time to time. When we amend this agreement, we will update this page and indicate the date that it was last modified. You may refuse to agree to the amendments, but if you do, you must immediately cease using our website and our service.
